For customs registration of import cargo it is necessary for you to give following documents:
- customs declaration (CD) drawing up by customs broker;
- customs accreditation card;
- agency contract with customs broker;
- contracts and its appendixes;
- freight contract and freight calculation (depending on terms of delivery);
- shipping documentation (CMR, Air WayBill, Bill of Lading);
- commercial documentation (invoice);
- certificate of origin;
- documents using for confirmation the customs value of cargoes (banking documents, export customs declaration, price lists, producer's calculation etc.) – in case of need;
- permissions, certificates or stamps other state authorities (non-tariff regulation) (e.g. ecological certificate, veterinary certificate, health certificate, phitosanitary certificate;
- preliminary declaration (PD);
- documents confirming tax privilege;
- other documents at the request of customs authorities.
